Each partner will find individual questions throughout these pages. The 💚 green hearts are for the healing partner, and the 💜 purple hearts are for the supporting partner. When you see the two hearts side by side, it means the exercise is for you to reflect on together, as a team.
Before moving into the sections ahead, take time to talk about the conversations you most need to have. What do you need clarity on? What reassurance do you need from each other? What are your hopes for the future you want to build?
